2:22 it's funny because when i first started working here i really didn't know much i started meeting all these new customers and and really understanding and seeing how it's not just it's not it's everything yeah i mean cheese making really is an art form and it's an art form that's been passed down generation after generation and in so many ways around the world that I love that you can really taste that firsthand here - That's awesome! The quality here is like no other anywhere else
