Lesley’s an ESOL teacher at the UCLA Extension English Program in Los Angeles. On weekdays, she usually rolls outta bed around 7 a.m. First thing, she hops in the shower and then whips up some breakfast with her husband and daughter.
After breakfast, she freshens up, throws some clothes on, and takes her daughter to school. Around 8:30, she heads out to UCLA Extension on her bike while everybody else is stuck in crazy L.A. traffic.
At about 1:30, she usually grabs a bite. Sometimes it’s just a sandwich and coffee in her office because she’s too busy to leave campus. She wraps up work around 5 and then swings by her daughter’s after-school club to pick her up.
Later, she usually kicks back and has dinner around 7. After that, she grabs a cup of Joe and either binge-watches TV or listens to music to wind down.
She usually crashes around 11:30, but before that she reads for a bit to unplug after a long day. By midnight, she’s totally out like a light.
