For all you machta lovers out there
today we're making a no-bake matcha cheesecake
let's get started
softened at room
temperature
or biscuits of your
choice some sugar good quality
and some
FIRST, let's
the cream until soft peaks form
you can use an electric mixer.
To make it easier I find whipping cream by hand
quite therapeutic but that's just me
here is a consistency that you're looking for.
NOW, in another bowl, put your
cream cheese in, make sure that it's
softened at room temperature
with a spatula
to make it creamy just like this.
NOW I'm going to add the
cream cheese into the whipped cream
let's fold it in and mix it until they
are
then we're going to
add our sugar and give it one final mix around.
NOW, let's make our muchta paste but one
heaping tablespoon of matcha powder into
a small bowl add some hot water and mix
until smooth.
If it's too thick, you may need to
look at that beautiful
green color now add the matcha paste
into your
fold it
in and mix until it's an even green color
NOW, let's add our cookies into a bowl
you can use
Graham Crackers, Oreos for
your favorite cookies this is the
texture that we're looking for once this
is done set this to the side now you can
simply
but
I'm going to get a little fancy today so
put the mixture into a piping bag or a
ziplock bag just like this and
over to one end
like so next we're going to snip off one end of the
bag right before we're ready to use it
so first I'm going to add a tablespoon or
two of
into our glass and
then we're going to pipe some of that
cheesecake mixture on top of it now
it in makes it easier to get the Cheesecake in
without too much of a mess
then we're going to add another layer of
cookie crumbs followed by a layer of
that beautiful cheesecake mixture.
I'm going to
mine all the way to the
top like so, and I think that's just about enough.
finally let's
powder to intensify the matcha flavor
and you're no big matcha cheesecake is done,
it's easy to make and simply delicious.
